Your Church Ministers
An Introduction to Our Ministers
Our ministers share in every aspect of church life irrespective of their denominational origin. This has been going on in our churches for over 20 years but it is particularly significant now when the Methodist Church and the Church of England are drawing closer together with the possibility of serious dialogue taking place. The Methodist Church already allows this sharing of responsibility with ministers being recognised and regarded or having authorised status. Likewise Canons B43 and B44 of the Church of England have authorised parish churches to enjoy the ministry of clergy from other denominations.
The Ministers
The Ministers of our churches Charlie, Sam, and Jane, share responsibility for the entire ministry of each church. They enjoy working together and contribute very different attributes. Each Sunday morning the Ministers will share together in leading our morning worship and they are regularly joined by Local Preachers and other visiting clergy.
